Training Curriculum Development
Probado's staff includes educators, aviators and industrial training systems specialists.
This educational expertise allows us to easily develop, write, and maintain courses of instruction in various fields. Our staff works with the customer to identify lesson objectives and critical elements of training requirements and translates those requirements into professional, succinct presentations.
Developed and are deploying, an integrated testing system allows presentation of multiple test banks, all of which can be randomized in presentation for test integrity. Results are automatically integrated into the centralized LMS as well as presented to the student for learning remediation.

Learning Management System Curricula Integration
We believe in capitalizing on the diverse skills of the Probado staff.
We program into our end products the ability to seamlessly integrate the launching and status reporting of the central Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Computer-Based Instructional Aids Development
Graphic Designers, Instructional Systems Designers and Courseware Authors develop highly professional and focused instructional lessons.
Our main applications of use are: Authorware, Mandarin, Toolbook and Dreamweaver.
Major U.S. Military Aviation Training Program
A current project of Probado Technology is consolidating, updating and standardizing in excess of 600 U.S. Military training courses.
Our staff easily meets the challenges of centralizing and standardizing training courses. Our close evaluation of these courses scrutinizes for functionality, content, regulatory compliance and adherence to accepted learning standards. We author and edit instructional guides and governing/training documents.
